Professor Kephart is an instructor in Social Work and Sociology as well as the BSW Field Director. Her clinical experience in the field of Social Work supports the level of expertise she brings to the classroom as well as community networking opportunities. Â Professor Kephart demonstrates her expertise with our Social Work and REACH students, bringing practical experience and diversification of student knowledge.

Professor Kephart enjoys teaching and utilizes a trauma-informed teaching approach in the classroom. Â She diligently works to engage students and utilizes various pedagogy strategies in meeting the needs of all students. Professor Kephart enjoys teaching Diversity in Society as recognizing the importance of Diversity, Inclusion, Education, and Social Justice within our community. She equally enjoys teaching Social Work courses in developing practice skills of future community social workers in theoretical and practice skills.
